FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed are a subscriber device, a base station and wireless communication methods associated with conversion of uplink control information in physical resources of an uplink in NR (access technology based on a new radio communication standard). Subscriber device comprises: a circuit configured to convert, in physical resources blocks (PRB) for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), uplink control information (UCI) to one or more available resource elements according to their distances with resource elements, in which the reference signals are converted in one or more of the time domain, frequency domain and spatial domain; and a transmitting device configured to transmit the UCI and the reference signals in the PUSCH over the PRB to the base station.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of conversion of UCI into PUSCH into NR to exclude RS-collision and increase channel efficiency.
