SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of transmitting an uplink signal. Method includes: determining, by a terminal device, a target codebook in accordance with the number of antenna panels of the terminal device; and transmitting, by the terminal device, an uplink signal using a codeword in the target codebook. Thus, the part of the antenna panel can be flexibly selected from all antenna panels for transmitting an uplink signal in this embodiment. One version of the present disclosure is also provided by the corresponding device. Using embodiments of the present disclosure, an uplink signal can be transmitted by flexible selection of a portion of antenna panels from all antenna panels.

EFFECT: technical result is selection of part of antenna panel from all antenna panels for transmission of uplink signal.
