FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for creating an endoluminal prosthesis. An endoluminal prosthesis comprises a self-expanding carcass consisting of a plurality of separate crowns attached to the tubular graft. At that, at least part of crowns is made of wire, ends of which are attached to coupling by laser welding. There are described versions of an endoluminal prosthesis containing only the main body, as well as the main body and additional branches. Method for creating the declared endoluminal prosthesis involves forming crowns, including attachment of wire ends to the coupling by laser welding, as well as attachment of carcass crowns to the graft by means of sewing, which is performed using special stencils for sewing.
EFFECT: implantable self-expanding endoluminal prosthesis with reduced risk of endoleaks, reduced traumatic risk for the patient, with an optimum design suitable for transcatheter delivery to a place of treatment of body lumens, including blood vessels.
