SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the workpieces continuous casting. Device comprises rotary platform (24) with rotary devices (25, 26) and at least two linear drives (32, 33) connected to guiding units (11–14, 11'–14') of continuous casting machine. Platform (24) containing at least two zones (29, 30) of positioning of guide blocks (11'–14', 11–14) is arranged on side of side surface of at least one groove (L1-L4) of continuous casting machine. Platform (24) has slots (37, 38) in which movable shafts (35, 34) of linear drives (33, 32) are located. Second linear drive (32) moves the second guide unit (11–14) from positioning zone (40) located on the outer side of platform (24) to second zone (30) of platform (24). First linear drive (33) moves the first guiding unit (11'–14') from first zone (29) of platform (24) to zone (40). Linear drives (32, 33) perform reverse movement of guide blocks.

EFFECT: provides for simplification and acceleration of replacement of guiding blocks of continuous casting machine at production of workpieces of various shapes and sections and limitation of intervention of operators in replacement process.
