Communication device receives information on the data access category for transmission in each of the plurality of other communication devices. One allocates OFDMA resources to a first subset of a plurality of other communication devices, each having data for transmitting a first access category, and does not allocate wireless resources to a second subset of a plurality of other communication devices, each of which has data for transmitting a second access category, whose priority is lower than that of the first access category. One receives a signal which has been transmitted using OFDMA in accordance with allocation of wireless resources by an allocation means, and which is consistent with the IEEE802.11 series standard.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the possibility of allocating wireless OFDMA resources when distribution is not performed to all devices from a plurality of communication devices.
