SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for allocating wireless resources of wireless communication. Communication device receives information on the data access category for transmission in each of the plurality of other communication devices. One allocates OFDMA resources to a first subset of a plurality of other communication devices, each having data for transmitting a first access category, and does not allocate wireless resources to a second subset of a plurality of other communication devices, each of which has data for transmitting a second access category, whose priority is lower than that of the first access category. One receives a signal which has been transmitted using OFDMA in accordance with allocation of wireless resources by an allocation means, and which is consistent with the IEEE802.11 series standard.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is the possibility of allocating wireless OFDMA resources when distribution is not performed to all devices from a plurality of communication devices.
