SUBSTANCE: communication device comprises: a transmission means for transmitting data with different priorities to another communication device in response to a start-up frame from that other communication device; updating means for updating competition parameters in MU-EDCA parameters (multi-user extended distributed access to channel) as a response to successful data transmission; counting device for countdown of predetermined duration, during which parameters of competition remain fixed in parameters MU-EDCA for priority, which corresponds to specified data transfer, before being set back to EDCA parameters; wherein the communication device has a plurality of timers, each associated with one of said priorities.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the speed of transmitting data to wireless communication devices used in tight deployment scenarios, in reducing contention and conflicts within 802_11 networks.
