Distributed module (DU) receives request of first system information (SI) to receive target SI from terminal and transmits request of first SI to centralized module (CU), after receiving the request of the first SI, the CU transmits a first identifier indicating whether to deliver the requested target SI to the terminal, DU module generates a response to a first SI request based on the first identifier and transmits a response to the request of the first SI to the terminal.
EFFECT: reduced reception delay by subscriber device (UE) of random access response (RAR).
