SUBSTANCE: mobile terminal determines a condition for a request for transmission of another system information as needed; performs a random access procedure, and receives, by means of broadcasting, an information system message containing another system information requested as needed. The message of the system information request of the random access procedure contains an information element with a combination of bits, corresponding to a specific format, with at least part of a bit combination for the request for another system information. A conflict resolution message of the random access procedure contains the same bit combination or the same part of the bit combination for detection of conflicts during the random access procedure.
