FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles for movement over ice surfaces and seismically hazardous regions. Proposed vehicle comprises caterpillar track platform, driver cabin with passenger compartment and cargo. On the platform sides there is a closed frame enclosing the platform in the horizontal plane, which contains wheels and located above the support surface. Frame is fixed on platform front and rear by means of two pairs of power cylinders of double action. On each side platform with frame is connected by means of composite telescopic tie-rods, with possibility of platform movement relative to frame forward, backward and turn relative to frame in horizontal plane. Drive of power cylinders control includes two circuits. One circuit controls the pairs of cylinders in the platform forward-backward movement mode relative to the frame. Other circuit controls pairs of cylinders in turn mode in platform horizontal plane relative to frame.
EFFECT: expansion of operational capabilities of vehicle is achieved.
