SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for treating skin with formation of a protective film of "artificial skin" or "glove" type, as well as for application on tissues for treatment of infected surfaces (purulent wounds, bedsores) and for making protective masks and dressings. Disinfectant gel contains chitosan, silver nanoparticles, water, castor oil, hydrochloric acid or a mixture of hydrochloric acid with acetic, lactic, malic or citric acids, as well as ethanol, propanol or isopropanol, with the following ratio of components, wt%: chitosan – 0.5–4; silver nanoparticles – 10^-4–10²; hydrochloric acid or a mixture of hydrochloric acid with acetic, lactic, malic and citric acids – 0.5–6; ethanol or propanol or isopropanol – 2–10; castor oil – 2–10; water – balance.

EFFECT: invention provides longer protective action of the gel.
