FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vehicle pneumatic tires comprising a profiled tread with studs (1, 2), which are located on tracks (SP) for studs running along the circumference of the tread. Each stud (1, 2) has stud casing (3, 4) fixed in tread rubber material, and stud pin (5) protruding beyond tread periphery. First-type studs (1) and second-type studs (2) are fixed in the tread, wherein they differ from each other by making their stud casing (3, 4). Each of studs casings (3, 4) has lower flange (6, 7), upper flange (8, 9) and central vertical axis containing their center of gravity. First type studs (1) are located preferably mainly in lateral areas of tread, and studs (2) of the second type are located preferably mainly in central area of protector. Upper flange (8) of the first type studs (1) has a single plane (S1) of symmetry extending through the vertical axis (a) and passing at an angle of less than 45° relative to the axial direction. Upper flange of studs (1') of the second type has a single plane (S2) of symmetry, extending through vertical axis (a) and passing at an angle of less than 45° relative to circumferential direction. Each of upper flanges (8, 9) has lengths of different sizes defined along planes (S1, S2) of symmetry and starting from vertical axis (a).
EFFECT: improved adhesion of tire with icy road surface.
