FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering, in particular to broadband spiral antennas operating in microwave range (UHF) in antenna systems for various purposes, used in direction finding and tracking systems. Spiral antenna comprises flat printed spiral board, matching balancing transformer and metal cylindrical resonator with dielectric filling. Resonator is filled with a set of flat dielectric discs with relatively high dielectric permeability, wherein said discs have holes, circular and radial wedge-shaped slots that form three mutually perpendicular cavity grids in the form of hollow cylinders, rings and radial wedges.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in antenna gain factor.
