SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to use of a cyclic peptide which reproduces a fertilin-beta binding site with an oocyte integrin, to increase human gametes ability to in vitro fertilization and can be used in medical practice.
EFFECT: invention enables to stimulate energy metabolism of human germ cells in the context of reproductive medicine protocols (MAP), in particular, to improve immature oocyte maturing in vitro, hyperactivation of spermatozoons, as well as frequency of fertilization and fertility rate.
