SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of maturation of human oocytes at the GV stage. The method involves ultracentrifugation of a woman's own follicular fluid and injection of isolated extracellular vesicles under the zona pellucida of the oocyte, which makes it possible to induce their maturation and bring in vitro conditions closer to natural conditions in the ovarian follicle.
EFFECT: method is effective for the ripening and further development of the embryo.
