FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and concerns obtaining biomass beetle Alphitobius diaperinus on plant raw material. Feed mixture No. 1 is placed into container, containing, wt%: wheat bran - 85, corn flour - 5, crushed peas - 5, dry milk - 5, on which the specified number of mother bugs is harvested by darkling beetle Alphitobius diaperinus. For supplementary feeding additionally added is humidified feed mixture No. 2 containing, wt%: soya fibers - 49, maize flour - 10, crushed peas - 10, semolina - 10, dry milk - 10, sunflower pulp - 10, sorbic acid - 0.5, sodium methylparaben - 0.5, and fodder mixture No. 3 containing, weight fraction: corn flour - 10, crushed peas - 10, dry milk - 10. After 5 days, the beetles are sifted and transferred into a fresh feed mixture for following 5 days, and fodder mixture separated from mother bugs with larvae is poured into a new container, wet feed mixture No.2 is placed on its surface and larvae are grown for 3 weeks. Obtained biomass of the larvae is separated, and together with the coarse fraction of the feed mixture is transferred into a container for pupation, half filled with a wet substrate-filler - coconut peat or sifted neutralized peat. Larvae are additionally fed with wet fodder mixture No. 2 and pupation is performed for 10 days; then, during next 10 days, the first beetles appear to be trapped.

EFFECT: high efficiency of the method and yield of biomass of the end product.
