FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to hygiene, and can be used for disinfection of hands of medical workers according to "7/5/2" principle. "7" – seven actions, which are carried out on count "5", per each unit of count is carried out "2" movements "there and back", on "2" hands and for "2" minutes. Hands are pre-treated with soap solution under running water. Further, in the first action, the antiseptic is poured into the palm, the distal phalanges of the other five fingers are immersed in the solution and treated with rotary movements. In the second action, the amplitude of motion is provided with gripping of the interdigital spaces until the fingertips of one hand reach the level of the palmar-finger fold of the other one with change of location of all fingers. In the third action, the back surface of one hand is treated with a palmar surface of another hand until the upper hand fingers tips are slipped from the interdigital spaces of the lower one with change of hands. In the fourth action, the first finger of the hand is grasped by the other hand and processed by rotary movements reaching the fingertip and returned to the base. In the fifth action, the elbows are maximally distanced to the sides, the hands are placed parallel to the palmar surfaces to each other, the fingers are locked in the "lock", rubbed from the first to the fifth finger and back. A sixth action is added: one hand is clenched into a fist so that distal phalanges of 2–5 fingers freely lie on palmar lumps with the first finger brought to them, palmar surface of the other hand is wrapped and rubbed from wrist to back surface of hand and back. In the seventh action, the forearm is treated: an arm bent upwards in the elbow joint, wrapped with the palm of the other one, rubbed by spirals from the wrist to the elbow, where each next turn covers the previous one by 1 finger, not reaching 1.0 cm to the elbow joint.
EFFECT: method enables preventing infections associated with medical care, by effective method of hand disinfecting due to uniform distribution of the antiseptic agent on the skin of hands with mandatory control of most contaminated and hard-to-reach places.
