SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. To differentiate the surgical field with creation of the wringing bandage on the patient's hand, after treatment with antiseptic solutions, the medical personnel puts on in turns two latex surgical sterile powder-free gloves taking into account the size of the patient's hand. Using the clamp or fingers of the surgeon, the ends of the gloves on the involved finger are grasped, pulled back and sterile 2 mm by 5 mm sections are cut off with medical sterile scissors. Then the doctor in sterile gloves embraces the affected gloved finger with the cut off sections and sliding movement of the first, second and third fingers of the hand in the proximal direction forms the roller from latex, which is wound along the involved finger to the base of the proximal phalanx, thereby creating a wringing bandage and opening the surgical field.

EFFECT: method enables reliable delimitation of the surgical site, which reduces the risk of wound infection and provides minimal blood loss during operations on fingers.
