System contains a device including the first part of the boiling chamber having a cavity for selective retention of the replaceable first or second capsule. Exit area of the second capsule has diameter exceeding diameter of the first area of the first capsule outlet. Device includes second part of boiling chamber for closure of first part of boiling chamber around first or second capsule. Second part of boiling chamber has extracting plate arranged with the possibility of resting in the first or second outlet area. Extraction plate includes a central portion and a peripheral portion. Central section is movable relative to peripheral section.
EFFECT: invention proposes a beverage preparation system and method, application field and creation background.
