SUBSTANCE: device for preparation of a certain amount of beverage suitable for consumption includes first and second parts of boiling chamber forming boiling chamber to retain replaceable capsule, as well as fluid medium dispenser for supplying a certain amount of fluid, such as water, under pressure to replaceable capsule. First and second parts of boiling chamber are movable relative to each other between first relative position and second relative position. First relative position forms an open state in which the capsule can be inserted into the cooking chamber, and the second relative position forms a closed state allowing the boiling chamber to encapsulate the capsule. First deflecting element deflects the capsule to the second part of the boiling chamber. Second deflecting one deflects the first part of the boiling chamber and the second part of the boiling chamber to each other. First diverting element has higher stiffness than the second deflecting element. Also disclosed is a system comprising a device, as well as at least one capsule used in this device.
