FIELD: beverage making.

SUBSTANCE: system (1) for making certain amount of a beverage suitable for consumption includes second replaceable capsule (4B) with second case (6B) with second rim (14B) of a flange type and second output surface (13B) attached to the second rim of a flange type. The system additionally includes device (2) for making certain amount of a beverage suitable for consumption, having first part (18) of a brewing chamber, having cavity (24) for retaining second replaceable capsule (4B), and second part (20) of the brewing chamber for closing the first part of the brewing chamber around the second replaceable capsule. First part (18) of the brewing chamber has first essentially annular support surface (26) in cavity (24) and additionally has second essentially annular support surface (28). A diameter of second annular support surface (28) is more than a diameter of first annular support surface (26). Second support surface (28) is made with the possibility of second rim (14B) of a flange type to rest on it, when the cavity retains the second replaceable chamber.

EFFECT: obtaining a system for making certain amount of a beverage, in which capsules of a different size can be used, and in which a brewing chamber can have a relatively simple design.
