FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. A method of treating instability of the femoral component of the hip prosthesis implant involves surgical approach and introduces bone cement around the endoprosthesis leg. Under the control of the electrooptical transducer, the minimally invasive surgical approach to the femoral bone from the lateral surface of the femur is performed in the projection of the end of the endoprosthesis leg. An orifice is made in the femoral bone in a projection of the end of the endoprosthesis leg, into which a bent pusher is inserted and, applying a force to the endoprosthesis leg along its axis, the femoral component of the endoprosthesis is shifted in the proximal direction by the required distance calculated in preoperative planning under the control of the electrooptical transducer. A tube is inserted into a hole in the femoral bone, through which bone cement is introduced in a distal direction in the volume required to form a cement plug below the level of the hole, after which the tube is removed. After hardening of bone cement, a flexible endoscope with channels for the instrument is inserted into the hole. A flexible conductor is inserted into one of the channels, by means of which granulation tissue around the endoprosthesis leg is removed under visual control. Through the other channels of the endoscope, the space surrounding the endoprosthesis leg is washed using physiologic saline or an antiseptic solution for rinsing the cavities, and rinsing water is removed. Thereafter, a tube is inserted into the hole, through which bone cement or osteoinductive biomaterials are introduced under the control of the electro-optical transducer until their proximal distribution reaches the femoral neck level, thereafter, a hole is closed in the bone fragment removed when accessed, and the wound is closed.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced traumatism in treating instability of the femoral component of the endoprosthesis.
