FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for femoral bone treatment contains endoscope with handle and channels for instrument, connected by cable to personal computer, water pump. In addition, an external tube with a handle is introduced, inside the outer tube there is an inner tube of longer length than the outer one, also with a handle. Inside the inner tube there is an endoscope such that the handles of the outer tube, inner tube and endoscope are located on one side. At the same time external tube on one of ends has external retainer, inner tube on one of ends has inner retainer. On the inner tube between the inner retainer and the outer tube there is a guide made in the form of a cylinder with three parallel through holes. First hole is located in cylinder center along its axis and corresponds to inner tube, centers of two other holes are located along radius of cylinder base. Each of the tubes comprises two through longitudinal slots located on one side of each of the tubes in two mutually perpendicular planes, the intersection line of which is the tube axis, two through longitudinal slots on the other side of each of tubes located in the same planes, and two through holes located between slots in the same planes perpendicular to axis of tubes. Inside walls of each of tubes in parallel to their axis there are four channels connecting longitudinal slots between each other and located in same planes as slots and through holes, inside each channel of each of the tubes there is a rod having in its middle part blind holes, the axes of which correspond to the through holes of the inner and outer tubes. One end of each rod is perpendicularly curved, between the bend and holes has a scale and protrudes from the corresponding longitudinal slot on one side of the tube. Second end of each rod is movably connected to a retainer located in each of four longitudinal grooves of each of the tubes, wherein it is possible to move each rod with a scale along the corresponding channel and its fixation in one of holes of the corresponding tube by key. Each retainer consists of identical first and second plates with through holes on ends. First plate is movably connected with rod with scale on one side and with second plate on other side, and the second plate is movably connected to the tube wall with the possibility of extending the retainer beyond the limits of the corresponding tube when the rod with the scale moves inside the corresponding channel in the direction of the corresponding retainer and fixation in the extended position due to fixation of the rod with the scale.
EFFECT: use of the given invention will allow to simplify treatment of a femoral bone, to increase accuracy of positioning of tools at treatment of a femoral bone.
