SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology and reproductive medicine. First stage involves office hysteroscopy according to S. Bettocchi technique, and the polyp is removed with a semi-rigid instrument through a biopsy channel of the hysteroscope. Second stage after hysteroscopy is followed by laser coagulation of the bed of the polyp pedicleunder the control of colposcope using 9 W semiconductor diode laser, laser radiation wavelength of 940 nm for 2-4 minutes.

EFFECT: method enables reducing cervical channel injuries and recurrence rate, does not require hospitalization, intravenous anesthesia, reduces invasiveness, labor intensity and economic costs, does not require additional economic costs for introduction, can be used in dispensaries, day-time hospitals and gynecological departments and scientific-research practice.
