Described is a group of inventions comprising a lipopeptide structural element for inducing a response to Streptococci, Peptostreptococci or Staphylococci, synthetic virus-like particle for inducing immune response against Streptococci, Peptostreptococci or Staphylococci, containing said lipopeptide structural element, a vaccine for inducing an immune response against Streptococci, Peptostreptococci or Staphylococci, containing said virus-like particle, and a method for vaccinating against a disease caused by Streptococci, Peptostreptococci or Staphylococci, comprising administering said virus-like particle in an effective amount. In one embodiment, the lipopeptide structural element consists of a peptide chain, a proline-rich peptide antigen and a lipid component.
