FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment, in particular to the measurement of the amount of heat along the section of the radiating surface in combination with the measurement of the heat transfer coefficient, and can be used to estimate density of heat flow or control infrared radiation from heated objects, for example, in case of fire or various technological processes. According to the proposed method of measuring heat flux density q by fixing the time variation of the temperature difference on the circular sensitive element of foil 1 occurring between the centre and the edge of the sensitive element attached along the perimeter on heat sink 2, by a differential thermocouple formed by first thermoelectrode 3 welded to the centre of the sensitive element, by sensitive element 1 and second thermoelectrode 4 welded to the edge of the sensitive element, at heat sink 2 connected to analysing electronic unit 7, and fixing time variation of temperature of edge of sensitive element by means of thermocouple, formed by second and additional third thermoelectrode 5 fixed in attachment point of second thermoelectrode, and density of heat flow is determined by formula
where q is density of heat flow, W/m2; T is time constant characterizing link inertia, c; k(t) is transmission coefficient characterizing properties in static mode, W/m2⋅B; t is temperature at sensitive element edge, K; ΔE(τ) - time function of TEMF, determined by analyzing electronic unit, B; τ is time, s; τ0 is moment of time, in which measurement is performed, s.
EFFECT: technical result is high accuracy and speed of measurements.
