FIELD: rail transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to sleeper production devices. Proposed device comprises mold, extruder, extrusion die and conveyor. Device further comprises a group of molds interconnected mechanically. At that, all molds are fixed on rotary disks with semi-axles driven by electric drive with programmed computer control by signals of position sensors and process technology parameters. Each mold is equipped with end gate shutters and has heat exchanger connected by pipeline with heat exchanger of the other mold. Besides, the device comprises reinforcing assembly insert elements fixing rods, which are made with possibility of their positioning, synchronized with molds position changing, and conveyor is intended for movement of reinforcing assemblies into mold and is made in form of chute-conductor with pusher-loader. At that extrusion nozzle is equipped with movable connector.

EFFECT: providing in-flow, high-quality and energy-efficient production of composite sleepers.
