FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing carbon materials based on volumetrically reinforced frames made of carbon fibre. Technology for forming the frame of a multidimensionally reinforced carbon-carbon composite material is used for manufacturing articles in the chemical, petroleum, and metallurgical industries, as well as in aerospace engineering for creating articles and structural elements resistant to erosion destruction when subjected to impact of high temperatures and pressures, as well as aggressive media. Assembly rig for manufacturing frames of multidimensionally reinforced carbon-carbon composite materials, shaped as a perforated plate with holes for the installation of vertical reinforcement rods, is 3D-printed by fused deposition of a polylactide filament. The thickness of the plate ensures the precise coordination of the vertical reinforcement rods; the location of rows and the pitch between the holes are set depending on the structure of the assembled three- or four-way frame; and the diameter of the holes ensures that the frame is easily removed from the assembly rig.
EFFECT: increase in the precision of assembling frames and increase in the productivity of the apparatus.
