FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to extension corsets. Corset consists of a frame with support elements mechanically fixed on it. Corset comprises at least four support elements, the lower of which is located at the level of the pelvic ring and three at the level of the thoracic spine with orientation in the sagittal plane, of which two are located on the front surface of the thorax and one behind the spinal column in between. Frame between the support elements at the level of the lumbar spine has movable modules which exclude the axial displacement of the lower support element relative to three at the level of the thoracic spine. Frame and all support elements are equipped with fittings for individual adjustment of the corset taking into account anthropological parameters of the patient.

EFFECT: higher therapeutic effect and easier operation of the corset.
