SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to experimental surgery, and can be used for modelling aseptic peritonitis. Mice are administered intraperitoneally a solution containing nano-sized metal particles obtained from dental implants, an antibiotic Bicillin-5, a lipopolysaccharide from E.Coli O111:B4 and water in form of bidistol as a solvent.

EFFECT: method enables preparing a pathophysiological model of aseptic peritonitis to confirm the ability of diffusion of metal-containing nanoparticles from the surface of dental implants and their ability to migrate into immunocompetent organs with background of inflammatory processes in the living body.
