FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, in particular, to a trepan biopsy device for pancreatic head and distal choledochal tumours with biliioduodenal drainage. The trepan biopsy device for pancreatic head and distal choledochal tumours with biliioduodenal drainage has a plastic polymeric tube, two working channels for puncture needle and metal guide, proximal ends of which are rigidly fixed relative to each other at an angle of α=20-40°, distal end in the form of a truncated cone with a protrusion in the distal part of the puncture channel, with a metal plate insert, radiopaque marker located at the internal opening of the puncture channel and a longitudinal line along the puncture channel, on the proximal end of the guide channel there is a connector for a "LEUR-LOC" type syringe. The tube is made of a polymer material with thermolabile properties and a hydrophilic coating. The puncture needle internal end axis and the metal conductor axis form the angle of β=0-45°, the conductor channel connector consists of 2 parts: the connector part for the "LEUR-LOC" type syringe and the locking part for a thread fixation. There are lateral openings along the conductor channel and the puncture channel. A radiopaque marker is located 5-10 mm above the proximal opening. A fixation thread is positioned in the guidewire channel lumen with a distal end fixed to the distal end, the thread is led out of the channel through the distal side hole and is brought into the guidewire channel through the distal end proximal side hole, the proximal fixation thread is brought out through the connector-lock.
EFFECT: invention provides for trepan biopsy for pancreatic head and distal choledochal tumours with biliioduodenal drainage, which makes surgical intervention as effective and safe as possible.
