SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Method of controlling mobility comprises steps of: obtaining, using a first mobility management entity, session control function object identifier corresponding to established PDN connection of user device (UE) and information on subscribed network segment UE; and, using the first mobility management object, based on the session control function object identifier, the first session management request object request message; receiving, using the first mobility management entity, a first response message from the session control function object, wherein the first response message comprises information on the network segment corresponding to the established PDN connection; and, using the first mobility management object, based on the network segment information corresponding to the established PDN connection and information on the signed network segment, information on the network segment allowed for the UE.

EFFECT: technical result is providing, when moving from coverage area 4G, in which user device uses DCN service in 4G network, coverage area of base station 5G, performing handover of a user device to a corresponding network segment, which enables to use a network service equivalent to original 4G network service.
