FIELD: wireless communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. The method presupposes that the user equipment (UE) receives at least one of the parameters of quality of service (QoS) of the second communication system or a channel identifier of the second communication system during a session establishment process of a protocol data unit (PDU) in the first communication system wherein at least one of the QoS parameters of the second communication system or the channel identifier of the second communication system corresponds to the PDU session. After that it's necessary to determine that it is possible to handover the PDU session from the first communication system to the second communication system on the basis of at least one of the QoS parameters of the second communication system or the channel identifier of the second communication system. Then one should perform an update of the tracking area in the second communication system.
EFFECT: invention provides an intersystem handover.
