SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wheelchair propulsors for overcoming stair flights of common use. Chassis of wheelchair consists of three low pressure pneumatic rollers located at the ends of one of three radial brackets of assembly, and sun gear of drive mechanism, installed on drive shaft. Plane of rotation of upper side roller-satellite does not coincide with plane of rotation of lower side rollers-satellites. Upper side roller-satellite is rotated around drive shaft at the same time as two lower side rollers-satellites only at overcoming of wheelchair obstacles and/or chassis turns.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of wheelchair chassis.
