This user device comprises a receiving unit configured to receive from the base station a feature for the individual random access preamble, information indicating the compliance of the random access operation without the possibility of conflict, and random access response; a transmission module configured to transmit an individual random access preamble to a base station; and control module, made with possibility, in response to reception of random access response sent from base station to said individual random access preamble, verify success of random access operation based on information indicating compliance of random access operation without possibility of conflict.

EFFECT: ensuring correct execution of arbitrary access operation by user device and base station in wireless communication system.
