FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a placement device and an arrangement system which causes the catheter to be placed within the body. Placement device that makes the catheter placed inside the body comprises an insertion block, a transfer unit and a delivery element. Plug-in unit is flexible and can be inserted into the catheter and removed therefrom. Plug-in unit is capable of observing an object located distally than the distal end of the insertion block. Transmission unit has the first connecting part detachably connected to the proximal end part of the plug-in unit and transmits the image obtained by observation by the plug-in unit, or a signal obtained by converting that image. Plug-in block is inserted into feed element to be removed therefrom. Proximal end portion of the catheter is detachably attached to the delivery element. Feeding element includes feed unit housing into which plug-in insert is a unit and a projection along entire periphery of supply unit housing on inner peripheral surface of feed unit housing and which contacts with plug-in unit without air penetration and holds plug-in unit so that plug-in unit is capable of slide. In a position closer to the distal end side of the feeder body than the protrusion on the inner peripheral surface of the feed unit housing, a through hole is formed, and said through hole communicates with feeder housing inner part at feed end housing distal end side, and wherein projection is made from resilient material. Placement system that makes the catheter placed inside the body comprises the above placement device and a catheter. According to the second embodiment, the placement system causing the catheter to be placed within the body comprises the above placement device and the catheter, wherein the catheter comprises a tube body which is in the form of a tube, and a guide tube into which the insertion block is inserted, wherein the guide tube is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tube body or is located inside the tube body.
EFFECT: inventions prevent the incorrect insertion of the catheter.
