SUBSTANCE: invention refers to areas of medicine and computer data processing, namely to a method for assessing the condition and diagnosing arteriovenous fistula, and can be used in treating chronic renal diseases. Method involves recording a fistula sound, extracting audio signal parameters from the obtained audio file, processing said parameters through a pre-trained classification model and regression models and determining fistula operation parameters. Classification model is used to determine the presence or absence of thrombosis, regression models are used to determine the blood velocity (V) and the blood volume velocity (U) in the fistula. At that, as audio signal parameters for classification and regression models, autocorrelation function, CENS function, constant-Q chromagrams, chromagram, chalk-cepstral coefficients, bandwidth, spectral centroid, spectral contrast and decay frequency.

EFFECT: invention provides higher reliability of determining the fistula state, manifested in higher accuracy of classification and possibility of assessing the presence or absence of thrombosis, linear and volume velocity of blood flow, and enabling remote control and prediction of thrombosis.
