SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine, and food industry. Distinctive feature of the proposed method is using as a kernel of a dry extract of leather bergenia and a shell of nanocapsules of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, as well as use of precipitant - hexafluobenzene in producing nanocapsules by physical-chemical non-solvent deposition method.
EFFECT: technical task of invention is to simplify and accelerate process of production of nanocapsules and increase mass output.
