FIELD: wireless communication system technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission of data with reduced through delay. According to one embodiment, the receiver is configured to receive a data signal, which data signal comprises at least one data signal unit, wherein the data signal unit has a predetermined duration in the time domain, a number of symbols in the time domain and bandwidth in the frequency domain, wherein the data signal unit is received in a plurality of transmission intervals, wherein the length of one transmission interval is shorter than the duration of the data signal unit so that a subset of data signal unit symbols is received in one transmission interval, and wherein receiver comprises signal processing device, configured to process data signal unit symbols which have been received in one transmission interval. According to another embodiment, the receiver is configured to receive a data signal, which data signal comprises a plurality of data signal unit (104), wherein at least one of said data signal units (104) has a first block structure with a predetermined duration in the time domain, a number of time domain symbols and bandwidth in the frequency domain, wherein at least one of said data signal units (104) has a second block structure with a predetermined duration in the time domain, a number of time domain symbols and bandwidth in the frequency domain, wherein first block structure and second block structure are different, and wherein the receiver comprises a signal processing device configured to process data signal unit (104) symbols, having a first block structure and a second block structure.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing an approach which provides reduced through delay in a wireless communication system using a data signal, having a plurality of resource elements, given by symbols in time domain and frequencies of width of pass band in frequency domain.
