SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to methods and devices for ensuring the protection of plant products. A method for processing a room for storing plant raw materials with at least one moderately volatile biocidal product and/or plant protection product is proposed, during which liquid containing a biocidal and/or plant protection product, or a mixture of biocidal products and/or plant protection products evaporates, and it is introduced into the internal atmosphere of the room, while this liquid evaporates at a temperature below 50°C, the concentration of product vapors in the internal atmosphere of the room is maintained at a level of more than 10% of the concentration of saturation of the specified product vapors in the specified atmosphere and at the specified temperature for a saturation time of more than 12 hours. The internal volume of the room is more than 20 m3. The method for processing the room is carried out when using an installation for room processing, while this installation contains a liquid container, a device for evaporating liquid stored in the container and introducing evaporated liquid into the internal atmosphere of the room, a controller designed to control the evaporation device, made in such a way that the concentration of vapors of this product or each of products in the internal atmosphere of the room is maintained at the level exceeding 10% of the concentration of saturation of the specified product vapors in the specified atmosphere during the saturation time of more than 12 hours. The evaporation device contains an evaporator with a nozzle, in which liquid evaporates upon contact with an air flow inside the specified nozzle, while the evaporator is made with the possibility of introducing an air flow containing product vapors into the room. The specified evaporation device is made with the possibility of liquid evaporation at a temperature below 50°C, and it contains a device for introducing a liquid flow into the evaporator with a nozzle and an element for ensuring air flow circulation inside the evaporator with a nozzle, wherein the specified liquid flow flows through the nozzle.
EFFECT: proposed method for processing a room for the storage of plant raw materials provides high efficiency relatively to the protection of products of plant origin and/or sanitary processing of a room intended for the storage of products of plant origin.
