SUBSTANCE: method for provision of preservation of plant products selected from fruits, vegetables, bulbs and tubers, flowers, seeds, and seedlings is proposed, including a stage of product storage in a closed chamber in the atmosphere, relative humidity of which is equal to or exceeds 99%, a stage of moistening of the atmosphere with water steam at a room temperature to air saturation, at least one stage of bringing the atmosphere into contact with a water flow by means of circulation in nozzle material selected from irregular or structured nozzle material, such as Raschig or Pall rings or cellular nozzle materials, a stage of collection of the water flow, and a stage of its regeneration.
EFFECT: invention provides preservation of products during storage.
