FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural machine building. Disk mower with rotary air conditioner comprises bearing bar with rotating disks and knives and beaters hingedly fixed on disks. Each beater is made of a bent steel strip of rectangular section and consists of two planes - fastening 5, which accounts for 1/3 of the length of the beater, and working 6, making 2/3 of its length, and contains at their joint triangular rib 7. Working plane 6 of beater is equipped with two impact edges, bent vertically relative to fastening plane 5 by angle 135° and has a straight end. Horizontal fastening plane 5 comprises fastening hole 8 located on the side of its rounded end. Hole 8 and triangular stiffness rib 7 are located on axis of symmetry of each hinged beaters. Each pair of beaters is installed on each disc diametrically opposite, perpendicular to knives and is hinged to hubs of mower. Diameter of the circle created by the straight working faces of working planes 6 does not exceed the longitudinal section of the rotating disks.
EFFECT: mower reduces material consumption of conditioner and promotes uniform arrangement of treated plants in rolls.
