SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. A mower with a device for processing herbs in the mowing process contains a cutting device with rotating discs with hinged knives and flat beaters. Flat beaters are equipped with two striking edges and are hinged by means of eccentric bolts to two carriers containing a fastening part bent at an angle of 135° and a horizontal part welded to the upper surface of the discs diametrically opposite and perpendicular to the hinge knives. The blades and carriers are made of a steel strip of rectangular cross-section and are equipped with one fastening hole on the axis of symmetry of each hammer, and two holes for each carrier: one on the horizontal part for attaching the discs to the mower hubs, and the other on a 135° bent for articulating the blades. over which the bushing is welded with the offset of the axes of symmetry of the holes to the eccentricity S. The butt end of the fastening part of each carrier and each hammer from the side of the fastening hole is rounded, and the diameter of the circle created by the straight ends of the flat bars does not exceed the longitudinal section of the discs.
