FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building and can be used in machinery for fodder production. Rotary cutter with dynamic conditioner comprises cutting tool with rotating disks with pivoted blades and vertically installed drums 4 with bases 6 in their lower part, beaters 5 and covers 7. Beaters 5 are arranged in upper part of drums 4 in slots 12 and are pivotally connected with eccentric bolts 14 with thrust heads to brackets 9 located above slots inside drums 4. Drums 4 are made in the form of hollow cylinders and are rigidly attached to disks 6 via its bases. Beaters 5 are made in the form of curved along a logarithmic spiral blades with sharpened cutting edges. Slots provide beaters 5 deviation from their working position at the angle of up to 90°. At rotation of drums 4 the circle made by beater end parts 5 has diameter not exceeding the diameter of circle formed by ends of articulated knives of disks.

EFFECT: mowing machine is ease in operation and provides high intensity of grass processing.
