FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire and heat protection material, which can be used as fire curtains. Disclosed is a fire-retardant intumescent material made in the form of a fabric coated with a polymer coating from a polyvinyl chloride composition containing a phosphoric acid derivative and dioctyl phthalate, wherein the composition further contains chlorinated paraffin, aluminum hydroxide, zinc borate and a phosphorus-boron-containing oligomer, the phosphoric acid derivative used is trichloropropylphosphate, and fabric is basalt fabric with following weight ratio of components of composition, weight parts: polyvinyl chloride 10.0, dioctyl phthalate 5.0, trichloropropylphosphate 35.0, chlorinated paraffin 9.0–14.0, aluminum hydroxide 22.0, zinc borate 13.0, phosphorus-boron-containing oligomer PBO 1.0–6.0.
EFFECT: high adhesion strength of bonding between plastisol-fabric layers and longer duration of fire-retardant material efficiency.
