FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave vacuum devices, particularly, to traveling-wave tubes (TWT). Linearized microwave power amplifier traveling wave tube comprises an electron gun, a magnetic focusing system, a delay system with input and output of microwave energy, collector for recuperation of kinetic energy of electrons and located between decelerating system and collector microwave electron accelerator with a range of operating frequencies including the frequency of the additional signal in the TWT outside the band of working frequencies allocated for the communication channel. At that, microwave accelerator of electrons converts energy of microwave signals in range of its operating frequencies into kinetic energy of electrons of electron flow in TWT and consists of a magnetic focusing system, a resonator system with input of microwave energy and a phase changer, connected to input of microwave energy of the resonator system.

EFFECT: reduced length and increased efficiency of traveling-wave tube of linearized microwave power amplifier in operation mode with high linearity of characteristics at high electronic efficiency and presence of additional signal in spectrum of its input signals with frequency beyond the band of working frequencies allocated for communication channel.
