FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, specifically to hydroturbine construction, ship building, in particular, to friction units of hydraulic machines, propeller shafts, shafts of pumps operated at high sliding speeds in aquatic medium. Rubber bearing consists of housing (1) with installed in it rubberised metal bushing (2) with elements of rotation relative to shaft and housing (1). In rubber layer (3) and metal bushing (2) there are common trapezoidal grooves, in which with possibility of rotation flush with rubber moulded ring (4) made of antifriction composite of trapezoidal cross-section with partial arrangement thereof in grooves of metal bushing (2). Rings (4) are made with radial and circular channels connected to surface of rotation of bearing.
EFFECT: improved operational reliability and simplified design of rubber bearing due to exclusion of shaft rotation at rubber surface under load without supply of water to allow rotation of shaft with support on elements of rotation in form of rings made of antifriction composite.
