FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used to prepare the bone alveoli for implantation. For this purpose, osteoplastic material is placed in the area of the defect, the augmentation zone is closed, the wound is sutured and the implant is inserted. Bone-substituting material is placed in the defect area directly after tooth extraction into the formed well by filling it with ClipDent-PL osteoplastic material in the form of β-tricalcium phosphate mineral polymer granules, produced in Russia by VladMiVa. Augmentation zone is closed by an autogenous material, the preparation of which is carried out by isolating a horizontal fragment of an extracted tooth with a thickness of at least 2 mm with partial seizure of the root canal. For this purpose, in multi-rooted teeth, a zone below the level of the bifurcation of the roots by 2 mm is used; in single-root teeth, the cervical area is used. Then, the cut surfaces of a fragment of an extracted tooth are coated on both sides with any light-cured material. If the tooth is not previously treated endodontically, mechanical and medical treatment of the root canals is carried out, followed by filling with any light-curing material. Next, a fragment of the extracted tooth is treated in a 2 % chlorhexidine solution. Prepared fragment of the extracted tooth is placed in the hole of the extracted tooth filled with osteoplastic material to a depth of no more than 2 mm and sutured. Implantation in the area of the missing tooth is carried out in 6–10 weeks.
EFFECT: method provides a reduction in the time required to obtain the required volume of the alveolar bone to 6–10 weeks while reducing the number of surgical implantation stages.
