SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns a method of treating acute pancreatitis. Substance of the method consists in the fact that the plasma enriched with thrombocytes is produced. 0.25% novocaine in ratio 1:1 is added to produced plasma. Further, 3.5-4.0 ml of the obtained mixture is introduced into the round ligament of the liver by puncturing the anterior abdominal wall at a point located along midline at 2.0-3.0 cm above the umbilical perpendicular deviation to right by 2.0 cm, procedure repeated 2-3 days later.

EFFECT: use of the method enables reducing the length of treating the disease.
