SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a needle for use with a device for sampling and/or transfer of blood or other fluid media, characterized by geometry of the needle tip, and more specifically – geometry of the needle tip with five chamfered edges, as well as to devices containing such a needle. Medical needle for use with a blood and other fluid media sampling and/or transfer device comprises a cannula having a lumen and forming a central axis conventionally passing through it, and a tip with chamfered edges is provided at one end of the cannula. Tip with chamfered edges comprises: primary chamfer; two middle chamfers; and two end chamfers. Each of the middle chamfers is located between the primary chamfer and one of the end chamfers. Primary chamfer is made on cannula at first inclination angle relative to central axis and at first angle of rotation relative to central axis. Two middle chamfers are made on cannula at second angle of inclination relative to central axis and at second angle of rotation relative to central axis. Two final chamfers are made on cannula at third inclination angle relative to central axis and at third angle of rotation relative to central axis. First inclination angle is between 8 and 12°. Second inclination angle is between 15 and 20°. At that, the third inclination angle is greater than the second inclination angle, and the second rotation angle is equal to the said third rotation angle. Syringe assembled comprises a syringe cylinder and the above needle attached to the syringe cylinder. Blood sampling device comprises a bushing and the above needle passing from the bushing.

EFFECT: minimization of needle penetration force required for passage of said pointed tip through structure of skin and dense tissues of patient and minimizing occlusion with tissue.
