FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment, in particular, to user equipment of the basic station. User equipment controls the reference signal from the base station connected to the beam. Each time, when the quality of the reference signal is lower than the first threshold, the user equipment generates a lack of synchronization event. When number of events of absence of synchronizations reaches threshold of detection of beam failure at event of absence of synchronization, user equipment initiates the beam restoration preparation procedure, and when the number of no synchronization events reaches the radio link monitoring threshold in the absence of synchronization, the user equipment triggers a radio link failure timer.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of radio communication network characteristics.
